So, what’s the plan?

Here’s a *rough* sketch. I’m no professional, so forgive the many imperfections. But this gives an idea of what we’re thinking!

*April 2026 update: the downstairs floor plan is largely what we decided on doing, except that the office will be a library. The upstairs changed most-bedroom 2 is now the primary/master bedroom, and the big open area (labeled master bed and bath) at the top of the stairs is a play room. We removed the hallway at the top of the stairs. You can see a better floor plan in the 2 story framing post.
