I think I will let J write the details about what all was done. But for now, here are pictures of the progress. The porch was about to collapse. It had a big roof leak that was neglected for many years, and it was only getting worse with each rainfall.

In July, the kids and I went to Michigan to visit family, while J took the week off work to work on the porch.

It sure is nice to have a solid porch!

The flooring on the front side is in ok shape, so we will leave that until a later time, after we move in.
